During my journey through Chiang Mai, I meet an extraordinary coffee farmer named Choo Jai at Jing Jai Market. Amid sketchbooks, porcelain filters, and careful gestures, a place of calm and creativity emerges. The taste of his organically grown coffee, the hand-drawn cups, and his open, unassuming demeanor leave a deep impression on me. This is an encounter I will remember forever.
